My name is Ulla and I have been retired for a couple of years. My husband works in the oil and gas industry and is often away so I have lots of time to pursue my own interests. Professionally, I worked for 20 years developing a food manufacturing business that, together with my family and later I worked in the senior living industry. Most recently I worked as the general manager for a senior’s retirement village covering a seven month sick leave and stayed on site during the week. I would go home on weekends which worked out perfectly. At this time in my life, working to support another growing family is exactly where I would like to be. With my own children grown and living away, I am fortunate to have the time to devote to this effort.

I have had a long career in management and my last full time position was as site manager for a senior’s facility. I have been back several times temporarily and most recently stayed on-site during the week and went home on weekends. I have raised 3 children so I can probably handle a toddler. I did complete the post partum doula program but never did work as a doula.

Both my CPR-A and Standard First Aid have expired - Will re-cert as necessary
