my name is Sarah and I am 25 years old. I have lived in Vancouver nearly my whole life, moving away only briefly to Quebec for my first year of university. I then came home and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC in psychology, with a focus on child development. I love working with infants and children and have 10 years of experience with babies and children ages 2 weeks to 11 years. I currently work in an after school care program and often work in the preschool with the same company (Kitsilano Neighbourhood House). In my field of work I'm especially grateful for the chance to be a part of the child's development and witness them grow and learn. I have experience with children with special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, brain damage, epilepsy, and gastro-intestinal challenges. I love being in nature, hiking with my dog, baking, and spending time with my family and friends.
