For a period of two years, I was employed in Saudi Arabia as a neonatal intensive care unit nurse. In this role, I worked closely with newborns who required intensive medical attention in the designated neonatal intensive care unit. Being in such highly sensitive environment, I was devoted to providing the best care to these fragile infants who were going through the most critical phase of their lives. Furthermore, I took on the responsibility as a charge nurse at the same hospital for a duration of one year. During that period, my duties entailed supervising the entire care process for healthy newborns right from the moment they were delivered. This role provided me with the valuable experience of being hands-on with the primary care procedures, assisting the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition for newborns into the world. Despite not having a baby of my own yet, my passion lies in baby care. The opportunity to take care of newborns not only brings a profound sense of fulfillment but also helps in building my professional capabilities as a nurse. I thoroughly love the interaction with these little bundles of joy, and it brings me immense gratification to contribute to their early stages of life.
