Hello, My name is Lauren , and I know I would be a great childcare provider. I am currently working as an ECE providing before and aftercare to school age children. I have experience also working with children aged 10 months till 3 years old. Working as an ECE has taught me to create activities that aid development, let children showcase their skills, and educate through engagement. Hello. My name is Lauren. I am currently a student enrolled in the Psychology Honours Program at York University. Prior to attending York I obtained a diploma in Social Service Work from George Brown college. I have 2 years experience working with children in both before and after school settings, and most recently being a daycare teacher working with toddlers at Peekaboo child care center. Some of my former toddlers parents have trusted me with babysitting outside of Peekaboo. I am out going, high energy, and extremely empathetic. My biggest priorities when watching children is their safety, creating a fun and comforting atmosphere for them, and to ensure that, as the parent, you feel comfortable and confident with my care.
