Good day. I am Avelyn Lyza A. , married and 38 years old of age. I came here in Canada last March 08, 2020 to be with my husband and also to seek for greener pasture for our future. I am a graduate of Caregiving course in the Philippines and obtained my work experiences tru various agencies like : hospital, home for the aged and childcare. I am comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast pace work environment. Reliable and adaptable, I can cope with changing situations. I am also good in dealing with people espicially kids and elderly. 1. Newborn Care (Hospital, 10months) *Taking hospital patient's vital signs such as; temperature, respiration and heart rate * Prepare baby's milk and feed as per Nurse instruction or as per baby's demand *Remove, clean and change baby's diaper as per required *Remove and change bed linens and cleaning the bed side *Perform infant bath, dressing and undressing *Doing errands like requisition of station's supply in CSR, transport specimen to laboratory for testing 2. Childcare (on-the -job trainee) *Assist children with eating, toileting, dressing, grooming and monitored during nap time *Prepare and serve meals and snacks *Interact / entertained children in educational ways *Clean the facility, including the Children’s room, bathroom and common areas *Manage laundry, folding and mending activities *Create and maintain pleasant work environment 3. Elderlycare (on-the-job trainee) *Continually observe, monitor, supervise and care for the elderly *Assist the elderly in bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene and other activities of daily living as required *Prepare and serve food and assist the elderly during meal time *Change bed linen, prepare bath towels and dresses daily *Clean the facility, including the Lola’s room and ward, bathroom and common areas *To assist in giving medications and monitor the vital signs *Create and maintain pleasant work environment
