I am a student at Mount Royal University studying Health and Physical Education, majoring in Physical Literacy. I have babysat for 9 years now, mostly for families around my home town. I am first aid and CPR certified. I am very passionate about being outside and being active. In my spare time I enjoy rock climbing, both indoor and outdoor, hiking, biking, and kayaking.
The majority of my experience has been babysitting for families who lived near me. I have babysat for over 10 families, many being consistent over the years.
Additional Experiences/Qualifications:
For the past two winters I have worked as a downhill skiing coach, working with athletes ages 5-9 in groups of 4-10. I am very passionate about having fun while doing physical activity, I have taken nutrition and health and wellness promotion classes in university, and make health and wellness a priority in my life and love to share my knowledge with other to help create healthy habits and lifestyles.
I graduated from Mount Royal University in April with a Bachelors of health and physical education, majoring in physical literacy. I am also attending UBC in the fall to get my teaching certificate
