My qualifications, skills, and abilities demonstrate what you are looking for in a nanny/babysitter. I thoroughly enjoy working with children. I have a lot of experience with youth and children that I feel has helped prepare me with a variety of skills. I thoroughly enjoy being a positive role- model for all children and youth. With my experience, I have become even more creative with my time spent with children, as well as being able to teach healthy problem-solving skills as well as conflict resolution to children.

I am available as a live-out nanny/babysitter Monday - Friday. I am 23 years old and live in Nanaimo. I am in my 4th year of the Child and Youth Care Program at VIU, and I have my Early Childhood Education Assistant certificate. I have my First Aid Level C CPR/AED, and Class 5 driver’s license. I have worked in various childcare settings for the past 5 years and have many references available upon request. My most recent relevant experience was as a nanny for about 2 years for 2 children ages 22 months, and 5 years old.
