We have hired Michelle when our daughter was 11 month-old and our sons were 3 and 5. She was getting along with our very busy house as we are 2 parents working full time. For 2 years, she took care of our baby girl and was going to get the boys at the nearby school at the end of the day. She helped our family for about two and a half year, not to mention through the more difficult covid times. She is very dependable and we want to emphasize her openness on adapting to change in schedules and tasks as our family needs were evolving. She was very helpful with maintaining the house neat and doing daily chores. We have to mention that she is really good with babies, her calm attitude and tone is really reassuring for a baby. She was going to the park almost every day with the kids. Michelle is a smiley, open and positive person who likes to help. Once the routine is set, she is autonomous to get the things rolling as asked. Our kids loved Michelle, the relationship that she developed with our daughter is deep and sincere. Now that our family is growing in autonomy, its now time for us to let her go.
