Kandle O.
My name is Kandle, and I am a compassionate, loving artist, and musician. I recently moved back to Montreal - my favourite city! I was raised by my mother, a social worker, and a musician father in a very diverse, loving, and nurturing environment. My sister and I were encouraged to pursue our dreams from an early age. Unfortunately, I had to leave a part-time position caring for a beautiful one-year-old baby boy, my specialty. It was challenging to say our goodbyes! I started working with children when I myself was one, volunteering to assist children with disabilities during my lunch hour and helping in younger children's classes. At 13, I started babysitting different families, and by 14, I was coaching gymnastics for children aged 7-10. Shortly afterward, I had the opportunity to visit Honduras with World Vision. The experience altered my life profoundly; it was incredibly rewarding to spend time with children living in small shacks, part of large families, and knowing we could assist them. I currently work as a musician, primarily online in these times. I've always considered art and creativity as important aspects of my life. I am generous, fun, diligent, and do not drive but I can walk, run, and travel by bus and sometimes I even skip! Plus, I can cook and clean : ) My most recent nanny position was in Vancouver where I cared for a wonderful baby boy who became my best friend! I started watching over him when he was five months old until he was nearly two! Parting with my little best friend was saddening, but the family and I remain close! Most of my experience lies in taking care of children ranging from 6 months to 2 years old, but I am open to all. Babies and I always seem to have a blast : )
