I am married but does not have a child yet. As a youngest in our family, I was left with taking charge in household responsibilites since my older siblings got married at a young age. Through this set-up, it made me very close to my parents and I am proud to say that I have learned great work etiquette from them. This also means that I have plenty of nephews and nieces to look after but that is not a problem at all since I love kids so they are really close to me and I am just like an older sister to them. Meanwhile, I am also a nurse by profession but has worked in a corporate setting in my country of origin due to financial constraint. However, I still manage to practice my profession by doing volunteer in a hospital setting during weekends. As of the moment, I am looking for a job that can sustain my daily needs while I am working on my papers to be a licensed nurse in Canada because I am a new immigrant. I have good interpersonal relationship and willing to be trained to acquire the skills needed for an available position.

I do not have personal experience in taking care of a child since I am not yet a mother but I love kids. I have 3 older sibling who are all maried and I was able to take care of their children. I have a total of 9 nehews and 5 nieces. Indeed, it is challening to take care of children since they seem to be fragile and hard to understand. However, the lessons taught when I was still in college is somehow helful and somehow reminded me that children's body language is a reliable indicator of how they feel. As a nurse, I need to be a keen observer in order to anticipate the needs of a patient and that is also true when taking care of children. Thus, I was able to appply such skill when I took care of my nephews and nieces that it why it feels so good when I get home and play with them.

I took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing and graduated with honors.
