My child work experience began when I about 13; I started with watching family children then became highly interested, so I took a babysitting class at the YMCA. I never received a certificate for it, it was more of a choice participation class. From then on, I started babysitting for other residents around my area and moved outward from there. In my grade 10 & 11th year I volunteered to help out at the DayCare Centre in Hamilton ON; and since then I have been doing private residence home care when I get the chance. I have quite a desire in being around children. I enjoy the different characteristics within each child; I enjoy nurturing them, playing, feeding, cleaning after, and teaching them.
