I completed my BA in English Lit at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, NB, and have been in Montreal since 2009. I love being outdoors, biking, going to the beach, and having singalongs by a campfire! I've traveled and learned to speak Spanish and French on the road. I love painting and drawing, and doing fun crafts with kids. I'm passionate about sports, especially soccer and football. I have been a professional music teacher for several years, teaching guitar and music theory to children individually and in groups. I have also been an educator and childcare worker in many different contexts. I am a fun-loving guy, and a compassionate caregiver and leader.
I have been a professional music teacher for several years, teaching guitar and music theory to children individually and in groups. I have also been an educator and childcare worker in several different contexts. I was one of the leaders and organizers of an environmentally themed summer day camp called "Camp Cosmos" with the Montreal City Mission. I taught English and music as well as organized activities for underprivileged children in Cuba for several months as part of a CIDA internship. I have worked as a shadow and personal assistant with special needs children since high school at summer camps and in community centres. I have also done itinerant work as a counselor for special needs children in family homes. I have done frequent babysitting work since high school.
