Dear Family,
My name is Kara, I’m at 28-year-old college graduate and I was raised in Mississauga. I live with my husband and our 11 year old samoyed, Manook.
Growing up, a slow passion of mine was brewing and I realized how much children inspire me. I love inspiring them, watching them grow and being there for them. Just recently I was a special needs teacher at a local private school, and that’s when I discovered how important children are to me. I used to help out at a nursery in my father's old church, and I also tutored and babysat throughout my teen years. Then in high school I helped special needs kids in gym class and was someone they could call a friend. I’ve dealt with children from six months old all the way up to high-schoolers. I'm also an animal lover; I've looked after many pets and have raised my dog.
I believe I can be valuable to your family. I am the type of person who brings care and passion into every job I do. Family means the world to me, and I can never take a career like this lightly. I have the ability to handle high stress environments and think on the spot fast. I have no problem doing house chores or any housekeeping. My mother owns her own maid service company that I used to work for so I know how to keep a house clean. I have a very calm demeanour that children respond well to. I always come up with fun, creative and educational activities to do with kids that they end up loving. I’ve been told I have a great personality that both children and parents appreciate; and I hope you will too.
Sincerely,
Kara
