I am from Guyana. I came from a Guyanese family having four numbers including me. I have been brought-up in a very disciplined atmosphere where values and principles have always been given priority. Some of my interests are travelling and watching and participating in sports, specifically cricket and basketball. My hobbies are reading novels and any other literature that seem interesting to me. I like playing chess and I like writing. I love children and I enjoy taking care of them. Its a wonderful feeling to have children around you, to see a smile on their faces is a gift. They are truly prized elements of our lives.

Other then my placement practical hours working with kids, I worked once in Canada with a family in providing care for their 4 year old son and their 2 year old daughter. I fed the children, bathe them, read to them and I imparted my energy in completing many other necessities for them. I enjoyed all the moments I spent with them and instead of thinking about work as just a task to earn money, I take it as a privilege to work with children because they make me happy. I truly enjoy working with kids.
