My name is Kristyl Anne. I am a 30-year-old woman residing in Mississauga. With my 6 years of diverse child care experience and a major in Special Education, I am truly passionate about my work. Unlike most, working with children with special needs is not just a job for me, it's a chance to make a difference by using my strategies to help them progress in various ways. I was previously employed as a regular teacher in the Philippines for a year, teaching in an inclusive setting. Following that, I dedicated six years to care for a child with special needs in Hong Kong. Not only that, but I am also a student of Evergreen College, further solidifying my commitment to Development Service Worker studies. In terms of my availability, I am free in the evening from Monday through Friday and am seeking part-time employment. Besides being comfortable with moving elsewhere, my preferred living arrangement is however live-out. I am not a smoker and can comfortably accommodate one child in my care, but I would like to be clear that I do not possess a driver's license and may have trouble commuting long distances. Hence, I am unable to offer my services as a travel nanny. In addition to providing exceptional child care, I am also capable of carrying out various household duties, including cooking, light housekeeping, meal preparation for kids, doing children's laundry, helping with homework, and organizing events. With a strong foundation in both English and Tagalog, I am confident in my communication abilities. In the end, I believe that a caregiver should provide more than simple babysitting or housekeeping services, it is about providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
