Kiran S.
Hello, I'm Kiran , a 30-year-old cheerful caregiver from Scarborough, full of optimism and zest for life. Originating from Nepal, I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepalese. I am currently pursuing my post-graduate degree in Marketing Management at Seneca Polytechnic. Alongside my studies, I have a passion for serving kindness in every task I undertake. My upbringing in a close-knit family has equipped me with the understanding of managing the dynamics of young children with love and patience. With three years of experience in child care, I find privilege and pleasure in being a part of children's lives, especially toddlers, and view them as delightful stress-busters. I assure you, I am more than happy to be an extended family member rather than just another babysitter. I am available round the clock every day of the week and is ready to commence work immediately. Not only am I a non-smoker with excellent swimming skills, but I can also navigate effortlessly to fulfill all child-related tasks including cooking, light housekeeping, organizing, planning events, helping with homework, and more. I am experienced in working with children ranging from 1 to 9 years and am comfortable to take care of two children at a time. Additionally, I am willing to provide full-time or part-time service for roles like a nanny, virtual babysitter, nanny/tutor, mother's helper, or even special needs childcare among others. I am also open to becoming a live-in or live-out nanny based on your preference. Rest assured, I am capable of working with children with disabilities ensuring optimal care and understanding. I am keen on maintaining cleanliness across the house and mostly, love to keep the kitchen tidy. I am always ready to run errands for grocery shopping and adhere to special dietary rules if required. I am prepared to obtain a police check if necessary. I look forward to becoming a positive influence on your children and a helping hand in your family.
I have total three years of working experience with kids of various ages back in my home country, Nepal. 1. In tutoring 5 and 3-year-olds in math and English for 1 and half year, I engaged them with games and stories, ensuring their safety and comfort when parents weren't around. Witnessing their growth and forming a bond filled me with pride and gratitude, teaching me the beauty of nurturing young minds. 2. Over a year of babysitting Prashamsa, 3, and Rabin, 1, has been a whirlwind of joy. From teaching Emily her ABCs to soothing Jake's first steps, every moment is filled with laughter and love. Watching them grow and explore together has been an unforgettable journey, and I'm grateful for the bond we've formed.
