Make sure their environment stays neat and orderly. ⦁ Maintain child hygiene, such as changing diapers, washing and helping the children go to the bathroom. ⦁ Prepare and organize their meals. Prepare nutritious food selections and encourage them to try new things/food if possible. ⦁ Plan and supervise a good learning environment for the kids. Read, assist in doing homework and play with them while monitoring any safety concerns. ⦁ Make sure that they have the balanced amount of rest, playtime and activities. ⦁ Maintain a professional and positive relationship with parents and the children. ⦁ Notify parents of any signs of emotional, health or developmental issues. ⦁ Accompany the children to any doctor’s appointment/check-up as needed. ⦁ Do some errands as necessary.

⦁ Assist in activities of daily living, such as maintaining a good hygiene, diet and exercise, etc. ⦁ Administer medications, treatments, dressings and other nursing services, according to physicians instructions related to patient’s condition (for example: giving daily Insulin injections). ⦁ Observe, evaluate and record symptoms as necessary. ⦁ Apply independent emergency measures to counteract adverse developments/emergency situations as well as notifying the physician of the patient’s condition. ⦁ Schedule and accompany patient to doctor’s appointments/check-ups. ⦁ Give information and updates to family members in the patient’s treatment and maintenance of a healthful environment. ⦁ Do some light household chores and errands as needed.

⦁ Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. ⦁ Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. ⦁ Administer and perform nursing care/procedures to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. ⦁ Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. ⦁ Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity. ⦁ Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. ⦁ Provide personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients. ⦁ Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

⦁ Assist service users/residents in their personal care and activities of daily living while promoting their sense of independence, dignity, privacy, respect and self-esteem. ⦁ Ensure that the service users/residents physical and mental health is monitored, and they can access appropriate treatment as needed. ⦁ Work with other health care professionals and workers in providing total care to service users/residents. ⦁ Report promptly to person in charge/supervisor any concerns regarding the welfare of service users/residents. ⦁ Undertake training and ongoing professional development. ⦁ Ensure that the shift is running smoothly by doing hourly checks, care given to service users/residents as per their care plans and reporting to the manager any concerns. ⦁ Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of work including client records and conversations. ⦁ Work according to the standards required by the contract and the policies, procedures and quality standards ⦁ Handling and giving medications to service users as per the organization’s policy.
