Despite being a part-time job, I am aware that working in an area of service such as this has a huge affect on the daily life of those we are caring for. This is a strong passion of mine and comes naturally as an expression of love and care for others. I have always been drawn to positions that have been care-based (nannying, animal services, etc) and would like to continue in that work as I attend school for a more long-term care-centred practice (holistic mental health).
