I am currently in a stage of my life wherein I am honing my skills as a PSW (Personal Support Worker) student, which I am pursuing with utmost dedication and perseverance. As a part of my academic requirements, I am soon to embark on my externship. As of now, within the existing periphery of my experience and expertise, I am capable of doing some significant work in providing care for children and elderly clients alike. I must confess that I have not had direct professional experiences working with childcare yet, but I am confident that this will provide a perfect stepping stone for me to acquaint myself more in this specific area of practice. I consider it as a promising opportunity to broaden my knowledge base and develop my skills in providing effective childcare. A little background about myself, my family originally hails from the Philippines and have relocated to Canada. I have been residing here as a permanent resident for slightly over a one-and-a-half year period. During this time, I had the privilege of graduating from high school in the esteemed Middlefield Collegiate Institute, a journey which I fondly remember. Something that particularly fascinates me is animal care, especially when it comes to furry, four-legged companions. Hence, I am more than willing to associate myself professionally with families that own pets. This comes from my genuine love for animals and a strong interest in looking after their well-being. Additionally, I also take pleasure in cooking meals. Being a culinary enthusiast is something I take great pride in. Although I am not familiar with diverse cuisines, I am more than open to learning new techniques, recipes or methods. As long as I am given the necessary knowledge about how to prepare or cook a particular dish, I can assure you that I will put all my effort into creating a satisfying and delicious meal.

I do not yet have an experience in childcare but, I do believe that I could manage to do the tasks that will be assigned for me, knowing that I had a younger brother which helps, for me to be able to familiarize house tasks and also I grew up in a place were I am introduced to do things by myself.
