My name is Dilki and I am from Sri lanaka.I am 27 years and married. currently I love in London Ontario as a student of Fanshawe college London.The program which I am following up is diploma in Early childhood Education (ECE1) offered by Fanshawe college London Ontario.
The purpose why I chosen my current currier path.
Specially I would like to spend my time with kids because basically I compare the kids like a small plants, if we help them to grow up at the correct stage with accurate supportive back ground they would become well established and fruitful person at their adulthood. so personally I would like to provide a great service on behalf of our future generations by creating a pleasant environment to make their childhood more beautiful with a proper foundation.
I have worked more than five years with children and my 1st appointment was at HAS international school wattala, Sri Lanka.i worked as an assistant pre school teacher and handled play group and LKG classes there were about 20 student at one class, then I got the job at best chance pre school as an assistant teacher of play group I worked there over 1 year meanwhile I got an opportunity to work as an part time assistant teacher at planet of English language school.i worked as a motor skills development trainer and delivery the extra lessons for kindergarten students also I have practiced as a pre school child counsellor at there over the passed 5 years.
I have completed a national diploma in Pre school teacher training and Pearson assured diploma in Montessori methods (AMI) which was conducted by St.Goerge teacher training institute Sri Lanka.
And successfully completed a dual diploma in child psychology and counselling psychology which was conducted by Trans mind institute at Dehiwala Sri Lanka.
With these experiences which I have gained over the previous years I would have a very good knowledge to understand the small kids mental, physical, cognition, Emotional and social development.Specially to understand theirs needs as well as behavioural changes through observing them as a passive observer.
