I am going into my second year of University to become an elementary school teacher. During high school I took the Child Development Assistant Certificate course which allowed me to work in a daycare baby room (age 0-2) for 100 hours. I spent last summer working asa camp counselor. I also have volunteer experience with the children in my church. I have my St. Johns Ambulance Standard First Aid and CPR certification. My hobbies are music, art, baking, and camping. I am available Sunday through Friday as a full or part time nanny from mid June to September, 2018.
During high school I took the Child Development Assistant Certificate course which allowed me to work in a daycare baby room (age 0-2) for 100 hours. Last summer I did some part time paid childcare with a four year old. I also have 3 years volunteer experience with children age 10-15 in my church as well as occasional helping with the younger children. I volunteered with a boy with autism for 2 years. He was 5 and 6 years old at the time. I have done occasional babysitting for children of various ages since I was 12. My sister is 6 years younger than I am so I have spent a great deal of time helping care for her and entertain her for the last 12 years.
I have a highschool diploma and am entering my second year in University. My career path is Elementary Education.
