My passion for children has grown immensely over the past five years, but so have the tools that allow me to be a better educator. Each family has taught me something valuable that I hold close, opening my eyes to different perspectives within my own community. I am a hard worker, who will do whatever is required to help the children in my care.  Established lasting, professional connections with families and children by encouraging open communication and delivering positive feedback. Organized extracurricular schedules for sports and classes and provided safe transportation to different events. Played games, worked on puzzles and read books to young children. Traveled with families to care for children and allow parents private time. Promoted language development skills through reading and storytelling. Built positive and nurturing environments to support child social and emotional growth.
