My name is Dryden, I’m 24 years old, a Kinesiology major and a nanny of 5+ years. I recently moved to Lake Cowichan from Peterborough, Ontario and I’m very excited to try the many outdoor activities this beautiful place has to offer! I’ve nannied anywhere from one to six children at a time, ranging from newborn to 10 years old. Responsibilities in my previous role included meal preparation, housework, bathing and dressing the children, planning age appropriate activities - at home and in the community - travelling with the children, helping with homework, and overall fostering a loving, safe and structured environment for kids to thrive in! Fun fact about me - I love to volunteer! I was a volunteer first responder at my university, and have my Emergency Medical Responder Certificate. I found this experience to be incredibly valuable - learning that I work well under pressure and in emergency settings.

I’ve been nannying for the last five years, looking after 4+ children at a time, ages 4 months to 10 years old. I was very blessed to work for the same big extended family, where all the children were either siblings or cousins. I was responsible for cooking, cleaning, travelling with the children, as well as organizing outings and fun activities!
