I am a certified PSW I have experience looking after the elderly, behavioural adults and kids, young children from new borns to adults. I am an efficient and reliable worker. I have experience working with the special needs adults and children. I have looked after children ranging from new born to 13 years of age. I went back to school to complete my DSW through Fanshawe College and successfully completed it. I am a helpful, and compassion person who is willing to give a helpful hand to others in need. My passion is being able to help families and others and at the same time is to find balance in my own life as we all get caught up and busy. I looked after my 2 wonderful children who are adults now and busy with their own lives working full time. In my free time I enjoy engaging with family and friends and going out to see a movie. I do enjoy family time as well. In my free time I take courses to occupy my time and spending time swimming.

Worked with many families looking after the well-being of the children. I supervise, bedtime routine, and I also did before and after school care. I did household management duties as well. I made sure that the children's needs were being met and any concerns or issues I had I addressed them with the parents. I provided structure and I engaged with the children and I do believe that the less screen time a child has it will not do any harm but better them in the long run. Safety was my #1 priority making sure that the children I looked after were safe when I was providing care to them. Children need to be engaging with each other and learning from each other. I do believe that children are our future and adults are the role models for their children. Positive role playing and play base learning is what I do believe in and getting down to a childs level and engage with them.

Just completed my Developmental Service Worker diploma through Fanshawe College. Presently working on my SSW diploma through Mohawk College. I am in my last semester.
