Hello, I'm Carly, a dedicated and passionate individual with over 10 years of experience in childcare, working with children from newborns to 14 years of age. My education background in Therapeutic Recreation and as a Child and Youth Worker, has given me invaluable insights into understanding and facilitating the development and care of children. I am well-equipped with child safety protocols including CPR and First Aid Training and have maintained a clean driving record with a full G license. I have been engaged in several childcare related conferences which, coupled with my experience in working with special needs children, make me an exceptionally competent choice for a nanny. Creativity is my forte. I love cooking healthy meals, organizing play groups or programs, and involving children in creative arts and music, while ensuring a tidy environment to foster their growth. I am currently based in Kitchener and prefer a full-time, live-out arrangement. My working hours would ideally be morning to mid-day during weekdays, however it can be further discussed as per your needs. I recently ended my tenure working with a family with twin toddlers for over a year. I started when they were 18 months old and it was an enriching experience.
