- Interact & play with children through reading, singing, and art activities - Help children learn good eating, dressing and toilet habits - Assist children in getting ready and prepared for outside time, taking children for walks and interacting them with outside play or sensory activities - setting up activities, cleaning and sanitizing toys, changing around the classroom - tucking children into bed and patting or rubbing their backs till they fall asleep - protecting children health and safety - observe and value each child’s way of expressing themselves - communicate regularly with parents and guardians
