Base on my work experience as a nanny. Before I came to Canada I have 7yrs experience as a nanny. I finish my 2yrs contract in dubai and 5yrs in Hong Kong in 1 employer as a nanny. I love taking care of their children both parent working fulltime, the kids are left under my care. I take care 2 kids, when I start to work the eldest was 1yrs old and the following year the girl employer was pregnant, and I take care the youngest from new born until I left them.
