Hi families. I am a recent graduate of the Child and Youth Studies Honours B. A. program from Brock University and have moved back home to Hamilton. I have thorough volunteer and employment experience working with a wide range of children, as well as multiple years of babysitting and full-time summer nanny experience. I am very close with my family, including my sister who has just begun her career as a nurse. I am extremely passionate about working with children and hope to return to university to complete my Master's degree in a Child Life program. I am energetic and enthusiastic when it comes to kids, and I believe I would be a great addition to a welcoming family.

I volunteered and worked for the Learning Disabilities Association of Niagara for over three years, facilitating a games-based preventative reading program for kindergarten-aged children. I was a full-time summer nanny for a family with 3 children for three years consecutively, responsible for cooking, cleaning, helping with school work, taking the children to sports practices and on day outings, and maintaining a fun and safe environment. I have multiple years of babysitting experience, beginning when I was 12 years old. I have 1+ years working in a childcare facility at a gym with children aged 6 months to 10 years old, where I was responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable play setting for children.

I completed high school in 2012 with Honours, and have recently completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University.
