My name is Alice , I am 24 years old and currently studying communications. I am looking to get my bachelor's degree in Public Relations in 2025. I am currently looking for a part-time job as a nanny in order to fill the rest of my week with other occupations than classes and also to make some extra money. I have been living on my own since I was 17 years old. I do cleaning, cooking, organizing for myself and take care of my own living space. This has taught me how to be responsible, independent, resourceful at a very young age. I am perfectly bilingual in French and English. French is my first language. I can also speak and understand a little bit of Italian and Spanish, although I am better at understanding it than speaking. I have been taking care of kids basically my entire life. I love children very much and have a natural nurturing instinct towards them. I love to be a part of their development as they grow up. I have taken care to children going from newborns to 10 years old, so I am comfortable in both. I would like to say that I am a weird mix of artistic and sporty person. I can enjoy arts and crafts just as much as playing ball hockey in the street. I can come up with fun activities ideas. I am not afraid to try new things, get dirty, but also do whatever the children feel comfortable doing and encourage them pursuing whatever they like to do.

Here in Québec, we need to be 12 years old in order to take the babysitting certification classes. The minute I turned 12, I begged my parents to get those classes and start babysitting right away. It was basically my first job. I am not only the first born in my family, I am also the oldest child in my extended family. So, I have been around and taking care of my younger sister and cousins forever. I have also moved to the US for a period of 6 months to be a nanny over there. I was taking care of newborn twins and a 3 year old toddler. I was mainly in charge of the babies during the day, but also had some French teaching and playing with the toddler on weekends or evenings.
