I first started babysitting because when I was 12, all my friends were doing it and I wanted to be included so my mom signed me up for the babysitters course. In my spare time, I usually find myself crocheting, playing Animal Crossing, or playing various musical instruments. The reason I have been trying to get back into babysitting/nannying is to provide help to parents that need it. It can be difficult during the week for parents to get much done other than the bare minimum because they have more tasks that need done than hands, and providing that little bit of help is just what I'd like to do. I enjoy working with children of all ages, what is most important to me is that the child and parent(s) are equally comfortable with me and we are able to develop a good working relationship. There is also piece of mind that can be provided to parents of the child being in their own home, so you can pop in whenever they'd like to see them or cancel and not have to pay for the day you missed.
