My name is Leilani, 51 years old, married with 2 daughters, age 25 and 29. I really have a passion in caregiving especially with kids. I love kids. I am very hands on with children, I treat kids as my own, the way I took care of my daughters. My recent work experience as a nanny was from 2024-2025 in Neudorf SK. I went home las year to wait for my work permit but unfortunately it was not approved. My employer applied for a machine operator position. I also worked as a nanny in Victoria BC back in 2004 but I decided to go back home in 2005 because my daughters were still very young that time and they needed me. It was a very hard decision for me, I had to choose between my dream and my family. But family comes first. In 2021-2023, I worked as a nanny for my nephew in the Philippines after I resigned from my work as an administrative officer. My cousin asked me if I could take care of their son who was only 1 year old then and since I was not interested or I do not have intent to go back to office that time and they are both working in an airline as cabin crew and their schedule was not fixed and they are always out of the country.

I have finished a caregiver program both for children and the elderly. I worked as a nanny in Victoria BC from 2004-2005 taking care of 2 kids age 3 and 5. And from 2021-2024 in the Philippines for a 3 year old boy. And my recent work experience as a nanny was from July 2024 to July 2025 in Neudorf SK.
