I am the youngest with 4 siblings. My sisters before me had kids and I helped care for them in their growing years--from infancy to school age. I love singing, music, books and art and those are the things that my nephews, nieces and I bond over with. Moreover, I also have a nephew with special needs. My experience with someone in the spectrum has helped me to better understand extraordinary children and it taught me how to communicate and interact with them, given the challenging nature it can have.

I haven't had any professional experience but over the years, I have cared for the kids of 2 of my sisters. I would like to note that I have a nephew with special needs who I babysit sometimes as well.

Back in my home country in the Philippines, I took up a 6-month course on caregiving which covers infant and child care, elderly and geriatrics care, housekeeping, and first aid and emergency response. I am an NC II holder for caregiving, which is a national certification for individuals who have qualified this skills course.
