My name is Naiara, but you may call me Nai. I'm an 18-year-old woman who hails originally from Peru, but I moved to Canada with my family almost two years ago and now reside in Coquitlam. I am well-versed in both English and Spanish. As a college student, I have fostered valuable skills such as perseverance, creativity, multitasking, and quick problem-solving abilities. I also possess a friendly, energetic and caring disposition which I believe makes me an ideal caregiver. Having developed a special interest in working with children, I am seeking a part-time role as a nanny, mother's helper, or babysitter. I have gained practical experience by being Au pair for a few months, and also interacting with children aged 3-10 years in different settings. I am equipped to handle up to three children at a time and am willing to undertake various duties including children's laundry, light housekeeping, helping with homework, and pet care among others. I'm available to work in the mornings, evenings and at night from Monday to Friday, and I'm fully available during the weekends. I'm prompt, reliable, and can start immediately. I also hold a clean police check record for your peace of mind. Your child's safety is of utmost importance to me, and I'm happy to say that I'm a non-smoker who can swim well. Although I prefer a live-out arrangement, I am flexible and willing to travel when needed. Unfortunately, I am not trained to work with children with disabilities.
