My name is Hayley . I am a 21 year old student studying Criminal Justice and Law. I am very passionate about the justice system but I also have always been very passionate about child care. I have a very large family that has always enjoyed camping, water sports and hiking. I also have played competitive hockey and baseball throughout high school and college. Growing up my mother had a day home that I was filled with wonderful children for me to hangout with and get to know. From there, I began babysitting for families on my block to help save for college. After I graduated high school I decided to take a year off before attending college. I was lucky enough to meet a wonderful family with two 18 month old twin boys. I worked with them for over a year until I went to school. When I returned from school I worked with them again for the four months of summer before the next semester began. This relationship is now on its fourth summer and I could not be happier. I absolutely love working with children and getting to know the many different personalities and character they share. I enjoy being outside and keeping busy with the children I nanny. I realize that as a parent, you place a lot of responsibility on the person taking care of your child. Therefore, I am very reliable and dependable. I show up to work on time and ready to take on any challenges children may throw at me. I do currently work for the family three days a week but I am flexible and willing to work weekends.

I have received my babysitting certificate in 2002. I have babysat and watched children since I was 14 years old. I have also worked with a family steadily for 3 years with two twin boys. The boys were 18 months old when I started and they are now 4 years old. I have gone through the process of potty training and weaning children off of bottles. My duties other than caring for the twin boys are also to cook and take care of household cleaning. Both boys are very busy and we enjoy being outside and bike riding together.

I have received a high school diploma from Bow Valley High School in Cochrane Alberta. I have also received a diploma in Criminal Justice - Policing from Lethbridge College. After completing another two years of post secondary I have to have a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
