My name is Jasleen and I was born in Italy and moved to Canada with my Punjabi family at a young age. I am now a university student at Mount Royal University where I am progressing towards a Bachelor of Science degree hoping to pursue a career in medical care where I can help others in need. Along with the university, I am overall a very active individual and love doing activities that involve moving around. This includes sports such as soccer, bike riding, and swimming as well (where I used to be a lifeguard). Sports aside, I enjoy doing household and other chores that involve being active and maintaining a sharp mind, which is important as well around children. Along with being active, I am a very outdoorsy person. I love spending time outside, especially when the weather is getting warm and I am able to take myself and the children to parks and such because that is something they enjoy doing as well and it could be beneficial for them so that they are not sitting inside on screens all day and taking full advantage of the warm weather outside!

I do not have any professional experience where I have been paid, however, I have taken care of the children of my family and friends. I adore children and taking care of them and spending time with their innocence is something I would love to do. I am a very patient and calm individual and I understand that is very important for children, no matter what age, as it is a part of them growing up. I would love to be a part of something that helps my understanding of children and taking care of them when a parent or guardian cannot!
