Beth M.
I’m a healthcare aide and household assistant known for my strong work ethic, reliability, and long-term commitment to the families I support. While I have specialized experience in newborn and preemie care, I also enjoy growing with families over time by providing consistent, dependable support through different stages. I bring a calm, compassionate presence into the home and am known for being detail-oriented, organized, and easy to communicate with. I’m confident in creating and maintaining routines, supporting healthy sleep habits, and helping keep the household running smoothly. My goal is always to create a safe, structured, and genuinely warm environment where children can thrive and parents feel supported. I value building lasting relationships and take pride in being someone families can truly rely on, even on the “nothing is going right” kind of days. Outside of work, I’m married and enjoy a balanced, active lifestyle. I love spending time outdoors, have a soft spot for a great outfit, and keep a (slightly overenthusiastic) collection of houseplants alive. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me watching a movie, listening to music, or getting into something creative like crafts, puzzles, or LEGO. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect and learn more about your family!
I’ve been babysitting from a very young age, but started nannying and caretaking in junior high after school. In high school I got my level 1 Early Childhood Education certification and did my practicum in a preschool. I graduated high school and started college in the Healthcare aid program at Bow Valley. I cleaned for a bit when finishing up there, and after graduating I went on to start with my current family.
