My name is Melina, I’m currently looking for employment with a family that would be the right fit for me. A little about myself, I’m 24 years old, no kids of my own just yet but hopefully soon, I am a certified educator and have been working in the field for over 6 years. I have worked with children of all ages from newborn to middle school (although I do have a soft spot for babies and toddlers. I have lots of experience in things like Montessori, brain development and language skills, not to brag but I’m also a pro potty trainer, so bonus if that’s something you need assistance with. On a personal note I am super artsy and love anything that has to do with creative expression, I’m active, love outdoors, music, and anything that involves getting messy. I’ve had exposure to all kinds of religious, cultural and financial backgrounds and I’m happy to incorporate any important family values. I am the oldest of 6 siblings so my experience with children goes way back. My philosophy with children is we can learn as much from them as they learn from us. I believe the most critical aspect of children’s lives is allowing them to explore and guide them through the early years of their lives to become confident and creative young adults.
