As a devoted mother of two beautiful daughters, both steadily navigating their teenage years, my life is deeply rooted in taking care of and understanding others, specifically children. I find immense joy in my relationships with my girls, and they keep me very much connected to the youthful, vibrant, and ever-changing world of teenagers.
The act of motherhood is by no means solely defined by caring for my own children; in fact, I find immense satisfaction in spending quality time and engaging with children outside of my immediate family. There is something so refreshing and uplifting about relating and interacting with these tales of innocence, curiosity, and fun. They enlighten the simple things of life with their boundless energy and ceaseless quest for knowledge.
In terms of hobbies and personal interest, one of my favourite pastimes is indulging in long, therapeutic walks, whether they are early morning, late-night or at any time in between. There's something incredibly calming about feeling the cool breeze against skin, listening to the harmonious songs of the local wildlife, and soaking up every ounce of beauty that nature so graciously offers.
These walks not only serve as an opportunity to keep myself active and ensure a healthy lifestyle, but they also provide a peaceful space for introspection and a gentle reprieve from the noise of everyday life.
In conclusion, as a mother to my two lovely girls, as an ardent lover of nature walks, and as an individual resolute in being truly engaged with children, I fully embrace and relish every aspect of my eventful life.
I currently work in a day care that I have been with for 5 years. I have also done my ECE courses and am now a level 3 certificate.
