Hi there! My name is Mae Monica, a 41-year-old Filipina nanny based in Burnaby. I am the proud mother of two wonderful children aged 16 and 6, and I have been happily married for 17 years. I have 4 years of professional experience in child care, and I'm eager to start immediately. I am available five days a week - from Monday through Friday and can work in the mornings and the middle of the day. In terms of working arrangements, I am comfortable with both live-in and live-out settings. Beyond my motherhood experience, I am very educated in child care. I hold a Bachelor's Degree and I am trained as a certified nanny. I am comfortable working with up to two children from newborns to 9-year-olds. This includes our special little ones who need extra care and support. In terms of house duties, I am happy to help with light housekeeping, meal preparings for the kids, children's laundry, and keeping the kitchen tidy. I am very health-conscious - I am a non-smoker, and I have a valid work permit. Please note, I do not drive so my role would have to be based around your home. During my downtime, I enjoy reading, movie nights on Netflix, trying out new recipes, and taking relaxing walks. I am a native Tagalog speaker, but I've worked hard to expand my English vocabulary and improve my pronunciation through reading and interacting with English speakers. I am passionate about child care and seeing children grow and thrive every day warms my heart. I am looking forward to a long-term, full-time nanny role so I can dedicate myself to nurturing and caring for your children. Thank you for considering my application!
Year 2012 I started working in Singapore as a Domestic Helper. I worked mainly to the twin kids. I prepared meals for them, showering them in the morning and night, playing with them, assisting them on their assignments, washing clothes, accompanying them going to their lesson class, cleaning their rooms and any other things that needed to do in the day. Year 2019 when I came here in Canada and started working as Caregiver under Childcare in Fort Nelson City, British Columbia. I ended up working year 2020 because my employer got laid off to the company where she worked. And she decided to let go of me to find another employer to continue my sponsorship.
