Michelle’s Cover letter I was born and grew up in a very poor family in China. My first language is Mandarin. After I was graduated from high school, I worked as a warehouse manager and studied accounting at same time for 5 years. After I got accounting certificate. I worked an accounting assistant for 2 years, then I opened and ran my own business for more than 10 years. I immigrated to Canada in 2008 and have been studying, working and living in Vancouver until now. I have taken an ESL English training course for three and half years. I guess now my English listening and speaking is at level 7-8, writing and reading is at level 6-7. From 2009 to 2023, I worked as a volunteer in ESL school, an elderly care giver, a supermarket cashier for three and half years, a food court assistant for six months, and private nanny for nine years. In 2023 Dec, I quitted and returned to China to visit and accompany my dying father who was suffering from cancer.
