Children have been part of my life since I was a young person, babysitting and providing occasional childcare until I had my own son who's now 18. I am partially retired and looking for opportunities to give back to families in my community looking for support.

My primary experience has been raising my own son who is graduating from high-school this year. I provided after school pick-up from Kindergarten to Grade 2 for 5 year old twins as well as having them up to 20 hours a week during the Pandemic. I am almost completely retired now and looking for the opportunity to support families that require childcare as part of managing their already busy lives. I am happy to offer before school care as well as some evenings and weekends if required. I am happy to play on the floor, go on walks and to the park or color for hours. I am a great cook and a very efficient housekeeper if you need some chores done around the house to lighten your load I am happy to offer that while the kids are otherwise occupied or in bed.
