I am a young south asian woman. Coming from an Indian household I understand how imperative it is to make sure children are nourished, and brought up in a positive environment which allows them to thrive. I have been an athlete all my life, so once I graduated high school, I took to coaching. Coaching not only allowed me to understand the older ages of kids but also taught me how to be patient with children and how to teach them things whilst still having fun. I love to paint and draw, as well as play the piano. I am a quick-learner and I also love to bake and cook!

I have not been placed in a professional environment when taking care of children. Though since a young age ~ 15 years old I have been babysitting and taking care of neighbours children, family friends, as well as young children within my family. I tended to take care of them for up to 8 hours at a time, making food, playing with them, taking them on walks, and to the park etc.

I am currently an undergraduate student at Simon Fraser University.
