Hello Nannies! We are looking to hire someone for a full time Monday - Friday position to join our family in May as our current Nanny is sadly moving back to Mexico. We have 3 children - boys aged 10 and 6, and a girl who is almost 3 - I am a stay at home mom. Our oldest is in grade 5, our 6 year old is in grade 1 and our 3 year old is in preschool 5 mornings a week 9-11/12. Hours would be 11-4 Monday - Friday. One day a week would be 11-7 as we like to do a date night. The majority of the time would be looking after 1 child, as the boys are both in school until 3pm. The ideal candidate would also be experienced and open to doing housework - making beds, cleaning and also keeping toys, backpacks, closets, lockers, drawers organized, doing laundry, washing bed linens, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning and vacuuming floors, and preparing healthy food for the children. I am ideally looking for someone who is warm and loving and has patience with children and can help them grow and learn and have fun! Spanish speaker would be preferred as my daughter has already learnt a lot from our Current nanny who is amazing. Someone who is a hard worker and willing to take on household chores when not doing childcare. We also have a small Boston Terrier dog who is 11 with lots of energy, but very sweet. He loves going out for walks (as he doesn't get as much attention as he should in our busy household). We are located in Eagle Harbour in West Vancouver in a newly renovated home with a pool, hot tub and lots of fun stuff for kids to do. We are close to many great parks and a 10 minute walk to a great beach! We are just a few blocks off Marine Drive so very accessible via public transit. I have been a stay at home mom since my oldest was born and love my kids dearly. In our home we value manners, respect, love and of course having lots of fun. The position would start October 13th and would run to next September with hours increasing 9-4 for June, July and august.
