Hi, I'm Kelsey. I'm looking for a part time nanny willing to work a flexible schedule starting May/June 2020 for my two young boys, who will be 1 and nearly 3 at the time, in Colwood. I'll be returning to work from maternity leave at the end of May. My schedule consists of 12 hour shifts, 2 days, 2 nights, then 4-5 days off. Although my schedule is not consistent week to week, I do have it a year in advance so you will know your hours well in advance. We require childcare on my scheduled day shifts from 7am- 5pm, and the day after my scheduled night shifts from 7am-2/3pm Monday-Friday. It averages out to about 10-12 shifts/month. We have a black lab so applicants should be comfortable with large dogs, but are not expected to walk him or provide care apart from keeping his water dish full and letting him into the yard for breaks.
