In-home care for our 2 + 3 1/2 year olds. 3-4 days a week for 6-8 hours a day -- we are flexible on the days, would only like to keep them consistent week to week. $17/hour. Expectations include : sharing meals { prepared, snacks available }, keeping home tidy, diaper changes + cleanliness, play + outdoor time. We have a gentle parenting approach + looking for care that honours our values, + our babes free spiritedness.
