I am looking for a caregiver for my two older children, with a third baby tossed into the mix at times. My priority is to have someone fun with good values. We are a disorganized family, so we like someone who can be somewhat organized in arranging fun for the kids. We would like to add in an extra child from time to time, the neighbor next door who plays well with my son. In this case, we will top up the hourly rate. Job includes light meal prep (breakfast, lunch snacks), and light housework (mainly just kid related housework like tidying up, no toilet scrubbing or anything like that).
