My name is Lisa, and my son will be 9 months old when I go back to work full time. I'm ideally looking for another family to share a nanny with, Monday - Friday, 9 - 5ish (or 8:30 - 4:30pm). I'm based in Yaletown, so I'm looking for another family in the same area. We're looking to start with a nanny and another family in December. I spoke to one nanny who was doing a nanny share with a 10 month old and a 2 year old. She said the age break worked well, because the 2 year old was more independent (she didn't have to bottle feed both of them). Same age isn't the most important thing; location and culture fit with the other family are extremely important.
