We are a family of four living in East Vancouver (Commercial Drive neighbourhood). We are looking for after school care for 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) for our older daughter (Bella, 5 years old) who starts Kindergarten (french immersion) a few blocks away this September. We would be interested in an early or mid-August start for you to get to know the girls/our family. Beyond after school care, we would be interested in an earlier start some afternoons for some housekeeping/ home care support (e.g. snacks/ healthy meal prep, light cleaning) and also potentially 1-2 days a week full day care for our younger daughter (2 years old, Roewan) who is currently in full time daycare in Strathcona (but we could drop down to part-time for the right fit). Our girls are sweet and energetic and our older daughter is very into art and dance. Both girls really love music, and lots of outdoor play. We have a very friendly non-shedding dog. We are looking for an energetic nanny to become a part of the family/ our girl's lives. The ideal person for this position will be creative, enjoy the outdoors, arts and crafts, and active play, and looking for a longer term position.
