I have a 1 year old baby girl and at that age she requires attention in terms of feeding her, playing with her, changing her diapers, and changing her clothes. There will be no need to cook or prepare her meals (although that is a nice bonus), and no need to clean the house or dishes other than the dishes that were used by the sitter or the baby. I don't need a live in sitter and I don't constantly need someone to look after her at this point in time other than perhaps twice a week as I am home most of the time.
