We are looking for a short-term nanny starting March 8 to a tentative mid-April end date, 3 days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). Our son will be 1 in March and the end date is tentative because we don’t yet know the close date for our new townhome in Port Moody. It could be delayed up to May 31 but middle of April is our best guess as of now so the contract maybe extended at a later date. We are located near transit in the trendy Gastown neighbourhood and we have a great waterfront view you’ll love:) Our son is a happy boy and we are very lucky that he generally eats and sleeps well and is overall a content guy. He loves music, books, walks, conversing with people, knocking down block towers, chasing after toy cars and best of all, he loves smiling at everyone :) Details: - Location: Gastown (close to transit at Waterfront and/or free parking if needed). - Hours are 8-5:15 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. My parents are looking after our son on Monday/Friday and can be flexible if your days need to be moved around but T/W/Th is our preference. - Light meal prep and cooking and light cleaning/household chores related to our son. - One of us may be working from home as well depending on how Covid workplace rules go. Requirements: - Must be fully vaccinated - Non-smoker (while on the job) - Current First Aid and Infant/child CPR - Recent criminal record check - 2-3 positive past references - Previous experience with infants (ECE preferred) - Legally entitled to work in Canada
